“I also now realize, with brutal clarity, that in the progressive hierarchy of identity groups, Muslims are above gays. Every pundit and politician — and that includes President Obama and Hillary Clinton and half the talking heads on TV — who today have said ‘We don’t know what the shooter’s motivation could possibly be!’ have revealed to me their true priorities: appeasing Muslims is more important than defending the lives of gay people. Every progressive who runs interference for Islamic murderers is complicit in those murders, and I can no longer be a part of that team.” — Anonymous at PJ Media
They were raised to believe that indiscriminateness is a moral imperative. That the only way to be moral is to not discriminate between right and wrong, good and evil, better and worse, truth and lies because your act of discrimination – discriminating between these things might just be a reflection of your personal discrimination, your bigotries.
A very, very smart person once asked me “What does a man do with his life?”. I fumbled with such a broad question, eager to please my mentor. He finally interrupted my mumbling with:
After taking care of your wife, your child, your family and being a just and moral person and making sure you’re giving more back to the world than what you’re taking from it, you fight evil when you see it. You call it out, you expose it, you confront it and you fucking do something to stop it. That doesn’t mean going to war or doing something foolish. It can and almost always should be done only with words. But you do it. And if it’s not hard to do, then you’re not doing anything. It can never be about feeling self-righteous, it can never be about getting up on your goddamn high horse and feeling superior to your fellow man because there’s no cost to that. It has to be a real sacrifice, a real assertion of yourself, your manhood, your sense of real justice.
Of those two paths, which one sounds like the Liberal path to you?
